  • Your full name.
  • Email with which you placed the order.
  • Name of the product you want to return/exchange.
  • If you request an exchange for another size/color or a return.

  • Hit send!

4 - Once here, we will notify the transport team to pick up the order at the address to which we initially sent the package.

5 - Put the garment in the same bag where the package arrived or in a similar one so that it is closed and well protected.
