When we process your order, we'll show you the available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates.

Please note that deliveries are made on business days only.

We remind you that the shipping address of your order must belong to the same
market/region in which you made the purchase.

Once you have made the purchase you will receive an email with the details of the
purchase. When your order is on its way, GLS will send you a tracking number.

If you wish to pick up your package at a Parcel Shop, you can request it from your GLS email address.

Guaranteed delivery within 24-48 hours - 3.95 EUR for orders over 69 EUR,
on orders under 10 EUR .

Delivery in 3-4 business days -
Shipping will be free for orders over 69 EUR.
For orders under 69 EUR, shipping costs are 8.95 EUR.

The deadlines indicated above will be extended for the Balearic Islands and remote areas.
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
