HOW TO RETURN

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer you the option to return it.

We detail the conditions and different options available for you to return your items.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

- You must process the return within the established timeframe:
- You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped.

-Items must be in their original condition and retain all tags.
- You have to make the return in the same market/region in which you made the buys.

Shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund.
Refund does not include any shipping costs you paid when placing your order.

 

MANAGE A RETURN

IF YOU BELONG TO THE U.S. MARKET


You can manage your return in two ways:

-Home pick-up service, or

-Drop off your package at a parcel shop.

Return cost: $8
(This amount will be deducted from your refund; the same payment method used for the purchase will be applied.)

Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive an email from the transport company for the collection, and a courier will pick up your package at the address you choose within 48–72 hours. (If you do not choose another collection address, it will be collected at the purchase address.)

You must print the return label.


IF YOU BELONG TO THE EUROPEAN MARKET
We offer you the option to return your items through our home pick-up service.

Return request cost:

-Spain and Portugal: 3.99 EUR

-Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and Italy: 8.95 EUR

-Denmark, Sweden and Finland: 9.95 EUR

The return cost will be deducted from your refund; the same payment method used for the purchase will be applied.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGE?
If you no longer have the original packaging, you may return your order in any other packaging, as long as it is well sealed to avoid loss of items. You do not need to write any shipping address on the package. You do not need to include the purchase receipt.


I REQUESTED A PICK-UP BUT IT DID NOT TAKE PLACE, WHAT CAN I DO?
If the courier has not collected your order, contact us so we can arrange a new attempt.


CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN A SINGLE SHIPMENT?
You cannot combine items from different orders in one return shipment.
You must request a return for each order and send them separately.

UNITED STATES
Exchanges are free if you want to select a different size of the same product. We do not offer exchanges for different products or different colors. If you want a different product or color, you must return the item and place a new order.

GERMANY, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, ITALY, DENMARK, SWEDEN, FINLAND AND SWITZERLAND
The exchange option is not available.
However, you may return your item within the established period and place a new order.


*Pre-order items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are produced exclusively for you. Please check sizes and colors carefully before confirming your order.

*The Liah Headband in all colors cannot be exchanged or returned.
