You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return of your purchase from mylibi.com. You can return it or change it for FREE.

To make a return all you have to do is access your order information and request a return on the date that best suits you and we will send you a courier to pick up the goods

Place your package in the extra bag we provided and  prepare it for the courier. Include the return document that we attach inside the package. Close the package well and hand to the courier. The packaging should be the original packaging or one with very similar dimensions and strength.

If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can access this information from the confirmation email link.

Note: We are not responsible for any product you send us by mistake. If you want us to return them to you, it is likely that you will have to cover the shipping costs.

Returns and changes you can make FREE. Most products purchased at MyLibi.com can be returned, as long as the products, their packaging, the labels and the garments have not been washed are in perfect condition. Otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation. In the unlikely event that we receive something in an inappropriate condition, the refund will not be made. We ask you to try them without removing their respective labels or accessories, as we do not accept the return of products that do not comply with these conditions.

How do I return an item?

Returning something easy.  Just follow the steps below:

1. Enter your profile in the Returns section and fill in the information to request your return, remember to put the date you would like the delivery in the comments section. We recommend using a collection address where there is always someone available(a neighbor, a trustworthy business ...)

2. Fill in the form that we attach to your order and return it with the garment so that we know who has sent the package.

3. To protect your items, place them in the additional bag which was included in your original order. Or,  you can use similar packaging to the one we sent you that will protect your items during the returns process.

4. Send the package and keep the receipt. (the courier usually takes between 24 - 72 hours to pick up the package)

5. We take care of the rest. We will let you know when we receive your return.

 

Monedas REIMBURSEMENT

 

A refunds are  made using the same form of payment used for the purchase.

You will only be responsible for the deterioration of the goods resulting from a manipulation different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

The value of the refund will be equal to the price you paid for the items at the time of purchase, regardless of whether they have since been reduced.

In the event you can not return an item for any reason, a refund will be made at our discretion.

If you are issued a refund but the card you used to pay for the items is no longer active, please contact us.

You will receive confirmation of the return by email devoluciones@mylibi.com. once it has been done.

If more than 15 working days pass from the receipt of the return and you do not have the refund in your account, please send us an email communicating the incident and including the confirmation received. Once received, we will get back as soon as possible to resolve the incident.

Depending on the payment method you have used, you will receive:

A credit card account credit (in credit card payments), which you can check in the extract of the same. The payment settlement date does not depend on us.

If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive a credit in your PayPal account. You decide if you want the amount to remain in your PayPal account for future purchases or to be transferred to your bank account. Contact PayPal to receive your money.

If you have paid by bank transfer, you will receive a credit directly to your bank account.

 

To receive  your refund in your bank account, we need the following information:

• Account holder- The name of the account holder

• IBAN account number - The IBAN account number consists of 24 characters and is unique to each account. - The Spanish IBAN numbers consist of the letters ES followed by 2 digits of IBAN control and the client account code (CCC), which consists of 20 digits (electronic format: ESXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

• BIC number (SWIFT) - The BIC number (SWIFT) is a bank identification code consisting of 11 characters. - You will find them on the web page of your bank or in the printed letters of the same.

With these 3 things we will have all the necessary information to  refund  your account automatically. If any of these three items is incorrect, the refund may be delayed due to additional internal controls.

 

 

When will my return be collected?

In the event that the online return process is done on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will not be able to process your return until the next working day after processing the return. The distributor takes 24 - 72 hours to pick up the package . If you do it any other day our dealer will collect in the next 24-72 hours. Be ready!

How to request another collection for my return?

If for any reason you have not been able to hand over your return to the carrier, you can contact us through the contact methods listed below and we will arrange a new pick-up with the transport company.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Express exchanges: You can change the size or color of your articles via the "size or color changes" tab in your profile.  (You need to fill in a returns form and make a new order.  However, instead of paying again you return the items. In this case we will send your new order and the courier who delivers it will  also pick up the one you want to return.  Please ensure to prepare the package to return as indicated. (Link how to prepare the package). The delivery time of your new order is the usual time for a normal order. (Link shipping times zones). Once we receive your package, we will check that the product is in good condition (link conditions return and exchange) and process the refund using the same form of payment that you used for your purchase.

 

 

Ordinary exchange:The process is similar to the one described above "express exchange" however you do not need to make a payment again. You notify us of the changes you want to make and we will send a courier to pick up the package with the items you want to change. (Link as prepare package). Once we receive the package, we will check that all items are in good condition and proceed to send you the new order. FREE of charge

Note: The difference with an express exchange is  we do not send the new order until we receive and examine the items being returned, which usually takes between 10 - 15 working days (depending on the location)

* In the event that your item is out of stock,  contact us and we will inform you of the date when it will be restocked, and  you can decide whether to wait until the date to proceed with the exchange request a refund. (Link)

* Exchange option will not be shown if the purchased item is no longer available. (Return link).

Note: If you prefer an exchange for a different item, you must request a refund and make a new purchase.

The deadline to return the original merchandise is 15 calendar days from the request of the change. If after the deadline we have not received the original items, the amount of the items of the second shipment will be charged in the original payment method.

I no longer have the option to cancel, what can I do?

We are very fast when selecting, packaging and processing your orders. When the "Cancel" button disappears after the periods mentioned above, it means that we have already started preparing your order and it  is no longer possible to cancel. In this case, you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order, to return them for FREE and place your order again if you wish.

Sure, that's how you help us protect the environment! Do not forget to enter the return corresponding documents for each order with the package you are sending us.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns take 15 working days to be processed from the moment we receive it (excluding weekends and holidays). When we finish processing your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

Any refund will be automatically made to the payment method you used to place the order. Once you receive our confirmation email, the funds usually take between 5 to 10  business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

It has not been more than 15 working days, can I get more information about the return?

Yes, you can follow the status of your return through the tracking link that was sent to you when you requested the return.

Keep in mind, that in the 15 days we count the time it takes to get to us and the time it take us to process a return. Even if the link shows that your return has already arrived, wait until the deadline before contacting us.

 

It's been 15 working days and I have not received any news about my return, what can I do?

If you have not received our mail after 15 working days, it is always worth checking the spam folder in your email. If it's not there either, contact us. (Link contact methods)

I have made a return, but my card is no longer active.

Nothing happens if the new card is associated with the same bank account.  If this is not the case, contact us.
