In general, national orders are delivered in 24 hours, as long as the order has been placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next day. Keep in mind that delivery times are approximate, and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification times (eg bank transfer), your order will be sent after payment confirmation.

What is a GLS Parcel Shop? An establishment where you can pick up your order more comfortably, without the need for someone to be at home for delivery. You can see all the collection points in your area here: (Link) Many of them are open on Saturdays.


CasaSEND TO MY ADDRESS: Here you can enter your home or work address, a place where you usually meet with friends or any other address you want. If it is not an address remember to put it in observations.
Delivery time: 1-2 working days for orders in Spain and 3 - 6 days for the rest of Europe, unless you choose the express method, in which case the shipping times for Europe will be 24 - 48 hours.
Note: Orders placed the day before holidays, holidays (both in the country of origin and in the country of destination) and weekends will be processed the next working day, counting the delivery date from then. Also keep in mind that no deliveries will be made during holidays in your country, so we would ask you to wait for the next business day

Other questions that may arise once the order is placed?
Our courier companies deliver during business hours and may require acknowledgment of receipt, so we suggest that your order is delivered to an address where someone is available to pick up your package. In some cases, it is possible that the packages belonging to the same order are delivered on different days. Of course, the couriers will send an email notifying the date of delivery. If bank transfer is chosen as payment method, the order will begin to be processed once the amount received has been received. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery note indicating where your package is. It could have been deposited in a safe place or you will be given the details to arrange a new delivery attempt. When sending your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number. If after 7 working days after receipt of the confirmation, you have not received your package, contact us. (Link contact ways). Before contacting us, check that no family member or friend has picked up the package for you.
When the shipment is made, you will receive a confirmation email that will include an online tracking link. With this tracking link you will know where your package is at all times and you can change the delivery date or location as long as it is not already in delivery.
Sometimes we send items from different orders in the same package to ensure a shipment is as fast and environmentally friendly as possible.
You will be notified in the confirmation email. You can also check via your user account.
In these cases, if you need to return an item you can put items from different orders in the same package, introducing the forms that were in the package with the product information. (Link returns)
Note: We can send your order to the address you indicate, to a PARCEL SHOP (Europe only) or to any other address that you indicate. We are not authorized to send to "post office boxes".
